Step #1
Get a grip of your porn folder and save it on the desktop.
Step #2
All you need to do is remove the internet explorer application from the system. (wondering how? Use Shift + Delete)
Step #3
On the porn folder, right click on the icon and jump to the properties.

Opt for the "Customize" option and click on the "Change Icon" option.
