It All Happened On One Fine Night…
This freaky incident, in which this mother of two lost her eye due to makeup, is a lesson to be learnt by all. Apparently, the woman was cleaning her face after a nightout with friends when she felt something strange in her eyelid.
Her Friend Narrated The Incident…
Her friend posted this on a social site with the images, "My friend, Erica Diaz recently lost a good portion of her eye to glitter. That's right, I said 'glitter'. Somehow a piece of glitter accidentally fell in her eye and got lodged there."
The Infection Spread Pretty Fast...
Tragically, the infection spread very fast and her entire eye was filled with puss. The intense pressure she felt was excruciating, and she needed an emergency surgery to fix the problem.

"The piece of glitter that fell into her eye had cut her cornea and ended up getting infected! The infection quickly spread throughout her eye, filling her eye with pus and causing her excruciating pain from the pressure."
