Priyanka Chopra's dress was an electric blue number. The fringe dress had a deep plunging V-shaped neckline and a halter neck. The
dress that came up to Priyanka Chopra's ankles was a backless and a thigh-high split as well. Priyanka Chopra wore this Tamara Mellon dress in New York City where she launched her new single album with the support of good friend Manish Malhotra and Nick Canon.
