'Fight Club' director eyes romance
By Taran Adarsh, IndiaFM
FIGHT CLUB director Vicky Chopra is already scripting his new film -- a love story this time. "It's a romantic-thriller basically. I don't think anyone has attempted a story like this in the recent past," Vicky tells me.
Please elaborate. "After FIGHT CLUB, I realized that moviegoers prefer films based on relationships than action stuff. In fact, I also feel that I am most comfortable handling this genre. There are four pivotal characters in the film -- two brothers, one cop and a girl. I do have people [actors] in mind, but I wouldn't like to reveal the cast till I sign them," Vicky enlightens.
Vicky plans to film this venture in Himachal Pradesh. "The place is breath-taking. We will shoot mostly outdoors," he states.
