1. Flower Rangoli – Flower petals specially the bright yellow sevantis (chrysanths) and rose can become the filling of the rangoli. Even the outline can be with leaves and soft twigs. All that one needs is a nice paper cutting of a design (that can be taken print out from the internet), fill the petals in the design without leaving an empty space.
