Here Are Ways Never To Be Constipated Again
If you are a victim of constipation, then read this article to know about certain ways that will prevent constipation.
Constipation is most often the result of stress, a low-fibre diet, insufficient physical exercise, insufficient intake of fluid daily, or delay in going to the bathroom when you have the urge to defecate. Constipation is among the most typical types of digestion upsets; however, it may often be accompanied by heartburn and stomach cramps.
It may also be due to the under performance of the liver or thyroid. Other causes include pregnancy, metabolism disorders, structural abnormalities, antacids, old age and continuous utilization of laxatives. Constipation can additionally be a side effect of some medications.

Constipation generally may be treated by following a well-balanced diet full of fibre. However, do not overdo it as it might lead to gas, bloating and diarrhoea.
Drink at least six to eight glasses of water daily. A glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon squeezed into it, particularly when taken in the morning may be very beneficial, particularly if followed by a walk.

An ideal breakfast will be fruits like prunes or figs with cereals and rice bran. Another suggestion will be buckwheat seeds cooked with raisins, apple and cinnamon. Rice bran is preferred over wheat bran as wheat bran may be hard to digest and may also cause hemorrhoids.

For many people, bran acts as a fibre laxative, but for very sensitive people it can, in fact, cause constipation and bloating, particularly when the fluid intake is inadequate. If these breakfasts do not appeal, you may try any cereal with a little psyllium powder sprinkled over.

Schedule a proper toilet time in the morning to prevent constipation. Regularity is the name of the game and do not rush things.
Do not strain when you are sitting on your potty. Give adequate time, but do not exert too much pressure. If possible, place a stool below your feet. This helps in bowel movement and prevents constipation.
