There are some herbs which may help in coping up with Haemophilia. Herbs do not cure it but may help in reducing the symptoms.
People suffering from Haemophilia actually suffer from lack of a substance that helps in clotting of blood. This causes uncontrollable bleeding in case of an injury.
It is a genetic issue in most of the cases. Some of the symptoms are prolonged bleeding, swollen muscles and joints, nasal bleeding, bleeding in the gums and even bleeding through urine.

This condition needs medical attention. But there are some herbs which may help in coping up with the condition. Herbs do not cure it but may help in reducing the symptoms. Here are they:

Witch Hazel
This herb plays a role in keeping the blood vessels tight and minimising the bleeding.

Stinging Nettle
This herb is said to slow down the bleeding. It also keeps your blood vessels strong.

Grape Seed Extract
This extract strengthens the blood vessels. Apart from controlling cholesterol, this extract also reduces the symptoms of haemophilia.

Hawthorn Berry
Since ages, the Hawthorn Berry has been in use to keep the blood vessels tough.

Yarrow
This not for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. But otherwise, Yarrow is said to be a remedy for some symptoms of haemophilia.

Bilberry Fruit
The extract of bilberry fruit is also useful in minimising the symptoms of haemophilia.
