If you are confused as to what you could drink during iftar that is healthy, then you need to check this article.
The holy month of ramzan or ramadan is here. During this holy month Muslims
all across the world observe intermittent fasting. They observe fast the whole day and eat only before dawn and after sunset.
But during this period of intermittent fasting it is highly important to keep your health in mind. The foods that you eat or any drink that you consume need to be selected very carefully.
There is a belief that the fast is observed to bring them closer to God and also to remind them of the suffering of those who are less fortunate.

Due to the change in food habits and also the timings, many people end up getting constipation, indigestion, etc. If not taken care, it might turn to piles as well later.
Hence, eating the right food and the right drink is very important to prevent a number of these health issues and keep one hydrated and energized to observe the month long fasting.
So today in this article we will be discussing a few of the healthy drinks that one can consume during iftar. Take a look.
