2. Intolerance To Particular Foods:
Many people have an intolerance to particular foods, plus if they eat or drink something from that food group they suffer from digestive issues. Sufferers of lactose intolerance find milk products cause them to feel bloated because of the excessive gas produced by their body in response to the food. This could sometimes cause cramps and pain as well.

3. Lack Of Sleep:
If you are a victim of sleeplessness, then you can end up with an unhappy gut. When you do not get enough sleep, you end up not allowing your body to get enough repair time and also end up stressing your body. This causes the secretion of stress hormones which in turn give rise to a leaky gut.

4. Stress:
If you are stressed out, it might affect your gut. Stress blocks the secretion of certain hormones that make the immune system of the body strong. This ends up affecting your gut and slows down your digestive system.

5. Antibiotics:
If you are on antibiotics, you must know that it ends up killing even the healthy bacteria in the gut and can cause indigestion problems and even a leaky gut. So if you are on antibiotics, make sure to replenish your gut with healthy bacteria by eating probiotics like yogurt.

6. Alcohol:
If you have been drinking alcohol on a regular basis, then think again. This can end up harming your liver and can even cause damage to your intestines as well.
