7 Habits To Prevent Stomach Bloating
There are certain habits that you could develop and get rid of bloating. This article talks about these habits.
Are you trying to get rid of stomach bloating and finally get your flat belly back again? It could be easily done by developing some habits related to your diet plan and lifestyle. Today, here we shall discuss these.
There are various reasons for stomach bloating like intestine gas, constipation, air being drawn in when eating and eating certain foods. Many people might even suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, which is an extremely common disorder that causes bloating, gas, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach cramps and pain.
There are various quick fixes that may prevent stomach bloating. Probably the most typical cause of stomach bloating is constipation.

1. Increase Fibre Intake:
In order to get rid of constipation, you have to get into the habit of gradually increasing your fibre intake with the addition of more fruits, veggies, whole grains, psyllium husk and nuts to your day-to-day diet.
Some veggies like broccoli and cauliflower may cause belly bloating if you are not used to eating them on a daily basis. Rather than eliminating them from your diet, develop a habit of adding them slowly to your diet and eat them more frequently, so that your system gets used to them and they do not cause gas.

2. Avoid Processed Food:
Get into the habit of consuming as less salt as you can. Most processed and canned foods contain excessive amounts of salt. Read all food labels and steer clear of the ones with high sodium.

3. Control On Salt Intake:
In addition, be cautious of how much salt you add to your foods. A regular habit of exercising also helps to debloat the stomach.

4. Eat Slowly:
Develop the habit of eating slowly. Eating fast may cause you to take in air that will bloat your stomach. Slow down when eating and completely chew your food. You should not swallow till your food is nearly completely liquid. To train yourself to eat slower, put down your spoon after every bite. You need to focus on your food as well as your eating routine.

5. Small Meals:
Rather than eating three large meals, get into the habit of breaking your meals into five or six smaller meals. This prevents bloating.

6. Avoid Soda:
Artificially sweetened drinks, food and carbonated drinks must be avoided.

7. Avoid Fructose:
Fructose, particularly high fructose corn syrup may cause your stomach to bloat. Make it a habit to avoid consuming these.
