This disease is similar to IBS, however, in this condition, just the gastrointestinal tract is inflamed leading to digestive disorders, including diarrhoea.

3. Food Allergies
If you are allergic to certain kinds of foods like nuts, dairy products, etc., you could be affected by loose stools, every time you consume these foods! A food allergy test will help determine the types of foods you are allergic to.

4. Diverticulitis
Diverticulitis is a condition in which there is a small bulge developed in intestines, which hinders the healthy digestion of food and cause diarrhoea.

5. Extreme Exercising

6. Fibromyalgia

Stress can be the root cause of number of ailments, including diarrhea. Stress can cause indigestion, which in turn causes frequent loose motions.
