3. Respiratory Problems:

4. Leads To Skin Dryness:

Black pepper should be avoided by pregnant ladies especially while you are breastfeeding. Consuming black pepper can ultimately transfer the hot spice to your breast milk thus changing the taste of the milk and also causing digestion problems in the child.
