Secrets Of People Who Poop Perfectly
With unhealthy habits and poor lifestyle choices becoming common today, we have started to suffer from a lot of problems related to our body. One of these is related to our excretory system. There are not many people nowadays who can claim that they poop perfectly everyday. People either suffer from constipation or diarrhoea or pooping less in amount or in frequency.
Diarrhoea is generally a self removing process the body kicks in gear to get rid of something unpleasant in your system. In the process your body ends up removing a lot of water from your body and you have to add liquids back to the body.

Constipation is something that women encounter more often than males, particularly around the time of periods. On top of that time of the month, constipation may be due to medicines, sedentary lifestyle, low fibre and unhealthy foods, dietary intolerance and magnesium deficiency.

A few other signs are that you are straining to make it happen, the stool is lumpy or hard, you feel like you are not finished or there is something in the way, and you are pooping less than three times per week.

So what is it that people who poop perfectly do? Let us discuss. People who poop perfectly drink lots of water. Water keeps your body hydrated and keeps the digestion process functioning properly. Hence, it prevents constipation.

Make sure you answer nature's call everyday at the same time. This is usually within two hours of waking up in the morning. If you do not do so, you could be inviting constipation. Stool that stays in the colon for a long period of time becomes dry and hard and is not easy to push out.

Exercise regularly for thirty minutes. This will keep your bowel movement regular. Practising yoga also helps. Avoid consuming too much laxatives. This is because if your body becomes addicted to laxatives, it will not be able to function without it. Last, but not the least, include a lot of roughage in your diet in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables.
