Reduce Alcohol Consumption
Try to cut down on your alcohol intake. Studies reveal that alcohol causes the body to produce more adrenaline, which thereby produces more sweat. Excess consumption of alcohol can lead to more of sweating the next day, as the body tries to rid itself of the toxins.

Apple Cider Vinegar
This is one of the best remedies to get rid of excess sweating. Apply some apple cider vinegar under your arms before you go to bed. This helps to balance out the PH in your skin and it also stops the growth of bacteria and reduces the sweating the next day.

Tea Tree Oil
This is another great tip to reduce sweating. This essential oil has natural astringent properties that reduce sweating and help to fight bacteria. All that you need to do is to apply this oil under the arms daily and wash it with lukewarm water after a few hours. It helps to avoid sweating.

Cut On Caffeine
Caffeine is one of the strongest stimulants that releases adrenaline and makes you sweat. Try to cut down on your intake of coffee. This is one of the best ways to reduce sweating.

Lime Juice
Rub some lime juice under your arms to control excess sweating. All you need to do is to cut a lime into half and gently rub it under your arms. This helps to curb sweating and keeps your armpits fresh and odour-free too.

Wear Natural Fabrics
Choose natural fabrics like cotton or linen, as these are more breathable fabrics. These fabrics allow the cooling air to circulate more freely around your body and reduce the sweating. If you sweat more then avoid synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylon and rayon.

Drink Plenty Of Water
Last but not the least, drink plenty of water to reduce sweating. Intake of water helps the body to regulate the body temperature. The cooler you are the less you will sweat. This is one of the easiest ways to reduce sweating.
