90 Kg to Mrs India: How Vruushali Taayadey Turned Weight Loss Into a Winning Crown
For many, fitness is a goal. For Vruushali Taayadey, fitness became a lifeline-a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and purpose. Today, she is a confident fit mom of two, a fitness coach, an anchor with over a decade of experience, and the founder of AIMFIT, a platform that has transformed more than 5,000 lives. But her journey began in a very different place.
Early Years: When Weight Became a Burden
Vruushali describes herself as a happy-go-lucky child who loved sports and was always a foodie. Things changed when she stopped being physically active. As a teenager, her weight touched nearly 65 kg-an age when friendships, confidence, and emotions begin to shape one's identity.
Instead of acceptance, she faced ignorance, targeting, and constant mockery. She was cornered, made to feel invisible, and often left alone. Over time, the jokes and comments took a toll. She began hating herself, feeling clueless about what to do, and slowly slipped into depression. College years brought no relief-only a continuation of the same emotional struggles.
Wrong Methods, Temporary Results
Determined to change, Vruushali tried shedding weight using whatever information she could find in books or through suggestions. The methods were unhealthy and unsustainable, but by her early 20s, she somehow managed to "look okay." Life moved on-she got married, and then motherhood entered her life.
After her second caesarean delivery, things became more complicated. With gestational thyroid issues and diabetes, her weight again climbed-this time to 90 kg. She joined a gym and managed to lose weight, but the lack of proper nutrition knowledge meant the results never lasted.
Lockdown: A Turning Point
The lockdown became an unexpected opportunity. With time to learn and explore, Vruushali finally began understanding nutrition and fitness the right way. She educated herself deeply and laid the foundation of AIMFIT-a platform focused on sustainable fitness, discipline, and long-term results.
What started as self-healing soon became a mission. Today, AIMFIT has helped over 5,000 people transform their lives-physically and mentally.
Career Beyond Fitness
Before becoming a fitness professional, Vruushali worked as a college lecturer. Someone once told her she had a good voice-an observation that changed her path. She trained herself in anchoring and hosting and now has 11+ years of experience hosting a wide range of events. Today, she successfully balances her role as an anchor, fitness coach, entrepreneur, and mother.
The Power of Social Media
Social media played a crucial role in her journey. After marriage, she moved to a new city-Nashik-where she didn't know a single person. Yet, she stayed active on social platforms even when no one knew her. Her consistency paid off. Today, Nashikites recognize her. Her work speaks for itself, and people who have seen her journey acknowledge her relentless hard work-whether in career, family, or self-transformation.
Vruushali's transformation is backed by remarkable achievements Winner of Mrs India title, Five medals in natural bodybuilding competitions, Winner of a global transformation challenge and Top 10 finalist in a transformation challenge alongside her son.
Her Core Belief
Vruushali strongly believes that hard work, discipline, and consistency make one unstoppable. Learning, she says, should never stop especially if you want to sustain what you've achieved. Her story is not just about weight loss. It's about reclaiming confidence, rebuilding self-worth, and proving that sustainable fitness is possible at any stage of life. From an obese, depressed teenager to a confident, fit mom and changemaker-Vruushali Taayadey's journey is a reminder that transformation begins the moment you decide not to give up.
