You just need rice to try this remedy. You need several tablespoons of rice. How many spoons? Well, if your age is 25, take 25 tablespoons. If your age is 30, take 30 tablespoons.

Once you have the rice in a vessel, simply wash it. Now, move the washed rice into a glass bowl and fill it with hot water. Then place it in a fridge after covering the rice with a lid. Leave it there for the whole night.

The next day, remove the water from the rice and take one tablespoon of rice. Simply boil that rice in water for 5 minutes and consume it on empty stomach. Again fill hot water in the bowl and place it in the fridge. Don't eat anything till the next 3 hours. Continue the process till all the rice is finished.
