So, one of the main symptoms of a hangover, after a night of heavy drinking, is constipation that is experienced by many people.
If you want to avoid being constipated after drinking alcohol, ensure that you drink lots of water throughout the night.
In addition, you can also drink a glass of water after each glass of alcohol that you consume, in order to prevent constipation.
Another way to avoid alcohol-related constipation is to eat healthy foods, before consuming alcohol, so that your stomach acid levels remain intact.
