Age Is Not A Bar For Your Dreams, Bone Strength Can Be!
Being a woman, I am always proud to say that I am successful at balancing both my personal and professional life together. I have been working as an editor for the last 9 years for an online magazine firm. At the same time, I have been enjoying the title of a loving wife and a caring mother. Like they say, I've got the best of both worlds.
I have been doing a lot of research lately to find something that can help make me stay fit and healthy, since I newly joined the 30s gang. After considering many activities, I ended up with dance as an exciting form of an exercise that can help me stay fit and healthy.

The most interesting part about this is that I am joining the classes along with my 10-year-old daughter. And, the best thing is, my husband has always been supportive of all my decisions. After all, I know that I am the backbone of my family and staying healthy is my priority.
It was my mom who told me that apart from my strong determination, I'll have to do something extra for my body to make myself ready for that physical exertion. I also consulted my family physician who explained to me the importance of keeping a check on my bone health, especially after the age of 30.
I was not ready to consider myself suffering from bone health issues, as they are a natural phenomenon of ageing. Bones are the pillars to our foundation and we must make sure to take care of our bone health as well. Taking care of our bones will indeed enable us to fulfill our commitments.
So, I started to perform dance/fitness exercises specific for bone strength and followed a well-balanced diet.

Now, my family especially my mother is very ecstatic, as the lifestyle changes and exercises that I've been following seem to have improved my overall health, and I can see myself being more flexible and active.
So, are you planning to do something as exciting as this too? Now is the time! Remember, age is not a bar for achieving your dreams, but bone strength can be!
So, do come and join the conversation #STRONGTOTHEBONE on Facebook and Twitter to share your experiences as well.
