Best Exercises To Build Muscles
Muscular arms are the next big fitness necessity that every guy wants to achieve. Toned biceps and triceps are much hyped these days and are considered glamorous. Gym training and weights are the exercise to get muscles on the arms. The gym training and exercises may be a little hectic and the exercises for muscular arms needs persistence, regular and religious exercising.
In this article we shall discuss of some exercise to get muscles on arms which are simple and can be performed at home as well. These exercises for muscular arms do not necessarily need a training and complicated gym equipment. Good arms will enhance your personality and make you stronger.

1. Dumbbell Curls - Biceps and Triceps are the main part for muscular arms. Therefore, you must perform dumbbell curls as an exercise to get muscles for arms. To perform the dumbbell curls you must use dumbbells or kettle bells and hold them in both your hands. Do arm raises using these dumbbells. Repeat this exercise twice in a set of 10-15 each raises to get muscles on the arms. Dumbbell raises and curls help in developing the bicep and arm muscles and make your arms stronger.
2. Body weight exercises - Body weight exercises to get muscles on the arms include exercises which use the weight of the body for particular movements. Body weight exercises for muscular arms importantly have dips on the priority list. Dips use the weight of the body on the arms for up and down movement of the body. The pressure on the arms will help in reducing fats over the arms and increase the muscle content. Dips are the exercise to get muscles on arms which can be performed at home without the need of any gym or trainer. You must do two sets of 10 dips set each regularly for a good effect.
3. Chin bars - Chin bars is and exercise to get muscles on arms where you have to pull yourself up hanging to a bar until your chin reaches the level of the bar. You must repeat this exercise for 5-10 times according to your comfort level. This exercise for muscular arms again does not need any gym equipment as such. This is a good exercise to increase your muscle arms and make them stronger. Use this exercise regularly to have stronger biceps and triceps. Chin bars can be made difficult by tying a weight belt on the waist. It would require more effort than the previous normal chin ups.
4. Triceps - Triceps are also important part of the arms and to make muscular arms you must work on your triceps. To perform triceps you need to stand straight with your feet at your arm distance. Use dumbbells or kettle dumbbells according to your comfort level. Hold the weight dumbbells over your head facing the hand inwards. Now, lower the dumbbells at the back and then slowly return to the start position. This exercise to get muscles on the arms is focused mainly on the triceps area. All you need is weights to do the following workouts for muscular arms.
