Best Body Weight Exercises For the Youth
Body weight exercises are the ones which use the weight of our own body to provide conflicts to our body movements. Youth can select the best body weight exercises to remain fit without any use of weights or other equipment. The body weight exercises are for the development of shoulders, biceps, triceps and chest.
The best bodyweight exercises help in making the body flexible and tone the muscles. The best bodyweight exercises for chest help to strengthen the core muscles. In this article, we shall discuss some bodyweight exercises which would help in building the body muscles especially of the youth.
8 EXERCISES YOU ARE DOING WRONG
The following bodyweight exercises help in increasing the strength of the body and will improve the overall body fitness.

1. Push up - One of the common but best body weight exercises which should be followed by youth is push ups. This is a best bodyweight exercise for the chest and back. To perform this, you need to keep your shoulders at an arm width distance, keep the feet in the same distance and keep the core muscled tight. Lower the elbows so that your middle body portion touches the ground and then rise up again. Do not bend the knees or legs in doing this. Push ups has many modifications where you can use one hand only for support, use finger only for support, vary the distance between both the arms and so on.
2. Squats - Squats are one of the best bodyweight exercises for legs. To perform this exercise you must stand straight and bring both the legs forward and bend it till the thigh is in the same dimension as the floor. You must not raise the heels in doing this and press the heel to tone your leg muscles. This is one of the most effective bodyweight exercises for legs. There are many modifications you could do here like squat and jump, chair squat position and so on.
3. Lunges - This is another bodyweight exercise for the leg. To perform this you need to keep your legs at arm distance. Pull one leg forward and bend it from the knee and stretch the other leg. Lower yourself till your bent knee reaches the ground. Repeat this with the other leg and continue till you have your leg muscles paining. Regular lunges help to tone leg, thigh and hip muscles. As other exercises, lunges also have variations and types like clock lunges, lung jumps, etc. Lunges are one of the best bodyweight exercises to follow.
4. Crunches - Crunches are undoubtedly the best bodyweight exercises for the chest. To do a perfect crunch, you need expertise and practice. Crunches tone the core body and chest making the muscles stronger. Place your hands behind you head and lie and lie straight and flat on the ground. Raise yourself from the core pushing your stomach inside and try to touch your chin to the knee. For starters, you can keep your knees bent and close to your stomach so that you get a better grip. Crunches is supposedly the best bodyweight exercise for chest and core body.
