Yoga is an age old science that has solutions to many of our modern problems. Anxiety is a problem that needs a quick solution. The present generation is haunted by anxiety. Yoga is not just exercise. It is a system by which you are supposed to find your inner balance. And to find your balance you have to channel positive energy into your system.
