Yoga is an age old science that has solutions to many of our modern problems. Anxiety is a problem that needs a quick solution. The present generation is haunted by anxiety. Breathe Right

Channels Positive Energy
Yoga is not just exercise. It is a system by which you are supposed to find your inner balance. And to find your balance you have to channel positive energy into your system. Anxiety is negative energy. One of the first steps of yoga is to purge anxiety from your system and replace it with positive thoughts like peace, energy etc.
