Nose Strengthening Exercises To Shape Them
With age, the muscles of one's nose start to loosen up. This is common in humans, as it is a natural phenomenon. However, just because it is natural that doesn't mean you have to accept it. You surely don't want a nose with a drooping tip. This can happen to you, even if you haven't reached the age.
There can be different reasons, like a nose injury, muscle weakness, and a lot more, that can cause your nose to deform. The Right Diet
The process of nose muscles strengthening includes mainly exercises. However, there are some diet routines that you have to follow too. To make the muscles on your nose more powerful and lean, you must have extra fat on your body and face, as the nose is also a part of your entire proportion. A slim and beautiful nose is often the one that is fat free. If your face is thin, your nose will be thin too. So, you need a well proven diet. Include fruits and vegetables into the diet. Eat fat free food which is well cooked. The diet plan should be followed religiously if you want it to work.
The Exercises
Nose muscles strengthening exercises give permanent and quick effect. If you have a nose with a drooping tip then the nose shortening exercise will be helpful to you. For this, push the tip up with your index finger. When it is in that state, flex your nose down by contracting the nose muscles. Make sure that you push it against the pressure created by your index and is equivalent to 5 fingers. During the nose muscles strengthening exercises, you must continue normal breathing. Try to repeat the process at least 30 times at once, and you must do it a couple of times every day.
The shape of your nose can be changed using specific nose muscles strengthening exercises. However, you must know that the end of your nose is made of bones and that are attached with the cartilage, which holds the middle part of your nose. You cannot change the shape they have. But, you can always make your nose thinner by working on the nostril muscles. For that, use your index fingers to hold both sides of the nose and the use the nostril muscles to push the index fingers out.
You have to make sure that you follow these exercise routines daily. For nose muscles strengthening, you have to be completely dedicated to the routine and be patient.
