10 Foods That Can Cure Sore Throat
Winter is here and if you have not been careful, then you are bound to be stuck with a sore throat. But we can help you cure your sore throat very easily by eating the right foods. Yes, your sore throat can be healed by eating certain foods. As soon as you start feeling an irritation in your throat, you must start eating some foods to heal your sore throat.
Certain ingredients have always been used to cure sore throat. For example, tea liquor is very good for the throat. If you add some ginger to it, then it can also cure throat infections. Other warm foods like soups have a healing effect on the throat. Steaming hot chicken or tomato soup is very comforting if you have a bad throat.
Other ingredients like honey and lime cure your sore throat if it is badly infected. Dairy products are not considered as throat healers. However, thick foods like yoghurt can coat the inner lining of the throat and reduce the pain. Spicy foods may hurt the sore throat but they are essential to cure cold. Yoghurt
Yoghurt is generally perceived as a cold food. But this is not true, yoghurt only cools the stomach. If you have kept yoghurt at room temperature, it will help cure your throat ache.

Honey & Lemon Juice
Citrus fruits have anti-viral properties. So you can add some honey to lime juice, warm it a little and gulp it down.

Sage
Sage is herb that is known for its cold-healing properties. You can add it to your soups, salads or beverages if your throat hurts.

Warm Oats With Banana
