4 Short Exercises For A Workout
When it comes to exercise, we all get lazy after few days. In the beginning, we are highly active and always wait to hit the gym. However, with the passage of time (like few weeks or months), you start feeling lazy. You no more feel that energy to burn the body fat. Instead of hitting the gym for an hour or more, here are few simple short exercises that you will love and can be done very easily.
4 short exercises for a workout:

Climbing stairs: This exercise can be done at any time of the day. You do not need to take out time for this exercise. Just opt for stairs instead of pressing the lift buttons. Climbing stairs increase body metabolism, heart beat and blood circulation. This helps you burn body fat and you do not need to take out time specially for this exercise.
Dance: This can be taken as a hobby or a 15-30 minutes workout exercise. Just take out little time in a day to dance on your favourite track. If you do not have time to hit the gym, play some loud high beat music and start jumping. Party goers do not need to take out time specially for dancing. They will anyhow groove to the party mix on the dance floor. There are many dance forms that help you lose weight and also stay fit. For example, belly dancing, ballet, cabaret or freestyle that are good workout exercises. They can be short to long duration exercise. Dancing helps you lose weight, improve blood circulation and also get rid of stress. Always dance in empty stomach.
Jumping: Instead of using gym or workout equipments, just try this simple exercise. They are not time consuming. 1 minute of jumping helps burn 11 calories! So, you can do this exercise any time of the day. Best part is, you do not have to hit the gym.
Push and pull ups: Do not want to stay in the gym just to get six pack abs? Try this effective body-building exercise. You can build up your arms, chest and ab muscles with these simple exercises. All you need is 15 minutes time to do this short exercises. Now you do not need to rely on heavy weightlifting exercises with dumbbells to build your body.
These are few short exercises that are not time consuming and effective for your workout. Have a healthy diet and always drink protein rich shakes to increase body stamina and metabolism.
