2.Bubble Gum- Did you know that chewing bubble gum can actually help you to suppress your hunger along with helping you loose calories! According to a research, chewing bubble gum before lunch can help you reduce up to 125 calories.
3.Cinnamon- The yummy cinnamon buns and cinnamon tea can help you suppress hunger too. Researchers have proved that indulging in cinnamon healthy food controls blood pressure which is indeed good for diabetic patients to follow in their diet.
4.Coconut Oil – The best and natural way to suppress your hunger is by eating coconut oil products. The famous banana chips made out of pure natural coconut oil can be consumed during the day. However, keep in mind that banana chips is a fattening item, so have a control on how much you indulge yourself in!
5.Nuts – Some of us don't like it and some of us do. For those of who who cant keep their hands off delicious pistas, almonds and cashews, it will do you good to suppress your hunger pangs. The pecan nuts are the best to consume as they are healthy and consist of monounsaturated fat which is indeed good for the body.
6.Lemon- The citrus and delicious lemon can be consumed to suppress your hunger. During the day, indulge yourself in lemon juice to fill an empty stomach! It is also said that a daily consumption of lemon juice helps to cut down excess fat in the body!
