Have These Food To Cure Constipation

Food to cure constipation:
Fiber: Food rich in fiber are easy to digest and are free from cholesterol also. Increase the intake of soluble fiber to treat constipation. During constipation, the stool becomes hard and dry so have fibers as they absorb water and binds with the fatty acids to form a gel like substance that soften the stool.
Food: Oats, cereals, millet, brown rice and barley are soluble whole grains. Include them in your diet to treat constipation.
Vegetables: Asparagus, broccoli, kidney beans, Brussels sprouts, carrots, squash, peas, cabbage, kale and spinach are fiber rich vegetables which cure constipation.
Fruits: Citrus fruits are the highest in fiber. Prunes, pears, apricot, papaya, oranges, grapes, peaches, plums, apples, strawberries, bananas and blackberries are soluble rich fruits which should be consumed to treat constipation.
Flaxseed: To get rid of abdominal pain, constipation and bloating, have flaxseed. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, phytoestrogens, vitamins and minerals which helps in digestion. Include flaxseed in the food to cure constipation.
Water: Dehydration is one of the common reasons behind constipation. Have 8-10 glasses of water everyday to clear the toxins from the system and promote soft stool passage. Include fluids such as fruit juice, vegetables juice or soup.
