Diet Plan
I have tried five diet plans since five months and needless to say, have not been able to stick on any one of them. This raises a question that is wanting to own a good figure enough? The answer I think is No. Along with What, we need to be committed to the diet plan, which no matter how easy it sounds is the most difficult thing to do.

With the 24X7 work culture, diet is the main thing which is worst affected. Junk food, untimely meals, unhealthy eating habit etc, is being followed, which acts as slow poison on human body. Weight gain is one of the first symptom of the upcoming health problems. Thus, the popularity of diet have risen in leaps and bounds. Diets are not always according to our tastes and one rare thing it demands is time. Thus, commitment to diet plans becomes a big problem. Most of the time the plans are dropped mid way, which leads to further weight gain.

Thus, here are some tips to be committed to your diet plan -

1.Don't Make Unrealistic Aims – A weight plan which assures you a good weight loss with a strict diet, may come true for some people and not for others. Before making a decision on a diet, ask yourself if it is for you? While considering a diet, you should match it with your time, your motivation, things available, your monthly plan and budget. The fist tip to be committed to a diet plan is to not make a decision in haste. You know yourself the best and thus, make decision accordingly. There is no point it aiming for something which you know is not possible and regret later.

2.Follow A Time-Table – Jot down a time-table for yourself according to the plan you will be following. Having written a chart and stuck it in a visible corner, you will be always reminded of it and thus, chances of missing it will be less. Making a chart also helps you manage time and thus helps you from not missing it.

3.Make Gradual Changes – To make a drastic difference in your diet is not humanly possible, thus, your plan should always set in your system gradually. So, that you have time for acceptance and it does not hit your hard. Sudden changes leads to quicker lack of motivation. Gradual changes also helps the body to adapt the new situation. It also helps the body to get into a system, which later does not seem a hideous job.

4.Do It With A Friend – Following a diet with a friend is a must. Don't try a diet alone, motivation will soon drift away, doing it with someone, helps in keeping it up. Watching another person living through the distress, helps you to build up your motivation.

Follow these four tips to be committed to your diet plan and enjoy the benefits. You will soon find yourself in a fit and beautiful body.
