Increase Metabolism In Some Natural Ways

Metabolism stores energy in the body for the days both physical and mental work and also to breaking down tissues and generate fuel. Here are natural ways to increase metabolism -
1.Eat Proper Meals – Never skip meals for the sake of weight loss. Skipping meals sends a signal to your body to lower the metabolism rate as there are fewer calories to burn. With a lower metabolism rate, your calories won't burn, which will lead to fat accumulation and weight gain. Eating meals will increase your metabolism, thus preventing fat accumulation.
2.Time Your Meals – Eat five meals a day. When you eat a meal the metabolism rate is high for about four hours and then is slows down. To increase metabolism you need to eat five meals a day so that it keeps working and burning calories. Increasing metabolism rate also allows you lose weight without going in for a very difficult diet plan. Make sure you eat your meals within four hours of exercise. The metabolism rate in high at that time and thus burns most of the calories thus leading to weight loss.
3.Exercise – Exercise not only works on your muscles but also on your metabolism rate. Exercise increases cardiovascular workout, pumps blood and revitalizes the nervous system which in the process increases the intake of oxygen. Oxygen is the key component of metabolism cells. Less or inefficient oxygen supply means slower metabolism. Thus, exercise is needed to increase your metabolism rate.
4.Build Muscles – Include some weight training in your exercise. The more you build muscles the more calories are burned. Protein is also a good source of building muscles. Weights burn your calories and build muscles and in the process increases your metabolism.
5.Drink Water – In the process of burning calories, your body tends to get dehydrated. You need to drink enough water to maintain the water level in your body. Drinking cold water infact burns calories. When you drink cold water, the body needs to burn calories to bring it to body temperature.
6.Vitamins – Vitamins are the essential nutrient to increase metabolism. Lack of Vitamin C and Vitamin B leads to poor rate of energy. Thus, make sure you include a lot of fruit, fruit juice and green vegetables in your diet.
These natural ways to increase metabolism is an easy path to weight loss without harsh diet plans. Though it should be remembered that diet also plays a major role in weight loss.
