Indigestion, although it may not seem like a serious health issue, can actually cause a lot of discomfort in the person experiencing it.

3. Fish
As fish is rich in vitamin B-12, consuming it on a regular basis can help regulate the production of your digestive juices and improve your digestive function.

4. Soybeans
Soybeans is rich in vitamin B-2, which again enables a healthy digestive function and also provides relief from constipation. Mushrooms, eggs and nuts are also rich in vitamin B-2.

5. Egg
As egg is rich in vitamin B-5, it is yet another food that can help treat indigestion, when consumed on a regular basis. Eggs can also nourish your body with proteins.

6. Carrot
Carrot is rich in vitamin A, however, it also contains vitamin B-6, that can ease away digestive problems and also cardiovascular problems. Poultry is also a good source of vitamin B-6.
