As humans, we know that ageing is an inevitable part of life. As we grow older a lot of things change, like out habits, perspective, including our health.
When we are younger, we would have had more energy and agility in general.
We do notice that, as we grow older, our energy levels decrease, even if we have been following a healthy routine.

This is because, after the age of 25, the cells in our body begin to degenerate, slowly, and this process of cell degeneration quickens after the age of 35.
When the cells of the body begins to degenerate, our body starts to show the signs, like wrinkles, fine lines, lowered immunity, weakness, fatigue, etc.
So, it is important to keep our health in check, if we want to remain devoid of diseases for a longer time.
It is also important to follow certain diet tips in accordance to your age.
Here are a few diet tips you must follow, when you are in your 30s.

Tip #1
Avoid consuming too much coffee, as many people in their 30s tend to drink a more coffee, to keep them energetic at work. Coffee can make the cell degeneration process faster.

Tip #2
Women in their 30s should consume more bananas, because due to hormonal fluctuations, their PMS can be made worse, and the potassium content in banana can ease PMS symptoms.

Consume a lot of leafy greens like spinach, as the folate content in spinach can increase the blood count to keep you healthier.

When you are in your 30s your bones may tend to become weaker, so add a lot of calcium-rich foods to your diet, like, milk, yoghurt, etc.

Consume citrus fruit on a regular basis, as citrus fruit contains vitamin C, which can help strengthen your immune system.

Avoid skipping meals, especially when you are in your 30s, because it can decrease your metabolic rate and also increase your blood sugar levels.
