Milk helps prevent dryness of the mouth, which is a common side effect of chemotherapy, by keeping your salivary glands active.

3. Rice
Foods like rice and bread, which are rich in starch content can help prevent diarrhoea, which is yet another common side effect of chemotherapy.

4. Dry Fruits
Chemotherapy often tends to cause digestive problems in patients, so consuming dry fruits that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids can help reduce digestive ailments.

5. Porridge
Foods that are easy to swallow such as porridge, soups, etc, are ideal for patients undergoing chemotherapy, as they often tend to suffer from mouth ulcers, making it harder to eat!

6. Orange Juice
The vitamin C component in orange juice can help boost the patient's immunity as well as help reduce dryness in the mouth, which the patient suffers from otherwise, by keeping it hydrated.

7. Garlic
