"Eat your fruits and vegetables" is one of the tried and true recommendations for a healthy diet which is suggested by almost every dietitian in the world. Eating plenty of vegetables and fruits can help you ward off heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure, prevent some types of cancer and other sorts of diseases too.
Fruits and vegetables have a high amount of protein, minerals and vitamins which are strong enough to battle any kind of health problem. When you consume one fruit or one vegetable a day you are allowing your metabolism rate to increase, your fiber value to shoot up and the calorie count to decrease.
Fruits and vegetables are far better to consume than meats and other commercialised foods which promise you good health. These fruits and vegetables mentioned on the list should be consumed before a meal. For example, fruits that are water based should be eaten before a meal, so that it helps fill your tummy and at the same time helps to flush out toxins.
