Coconut Date bars are great snacks for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The ingredients to make this snack includes 1/3 almonds, 1/2 flaked coconut, 10 pitted dates, 1/4 cashews and lastly 1 tsp coconut oil.

Firstly to make a coconut date bar try to blend almonds and coconut in a food processor. Next add dates and make sure to pulse until combined. You need to add cashews and coconut oil and then make sure to pulse until the mixture is sticky.

Transfer it to a sheet of waxed paper and then make a nice square firm.. It has to be refrigerated for a minimum 30 minutes.
