Broccoli Coleslaw
This is a wonderful lunch salad. Take a small bowl and add 1/3 cup white vinegar, 1/2 tbsp sugar and the seasoning packet from the noodles. Make sure to stir well and try to refrigerate at least for an hour.

Next try to take another bowl, add 1 large head of diced broccoli, 2 carrots grated, and 1 cup of sunflower seeds. Later add noodles in it and mix well. Make sure to pour dressing over the salad about 10 minutes before you serve for lunch.

Cauliflower And Bacon Salad Recipe
Combining broccoli, cauliflower and veggie bacon together can turn out to be the best salad recipe for perfect summer meals. This delicious fresh vegetable meal fills up your stomach.

Take 1 cup of chopped broccoli, 1 head cauliflower, 1/2 pound bacon, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 table spoon of vinegar and 1/2 cup sugar. Start off by placing a chopped broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl.

Next cut the veggie bacon into small pieces and allow it to cook for a few minutes and then drain. In a bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, and sugar together. Now pour this mixture into the mixing bowl containing broccoli, cauliflower and bacon. Stir well and serve. This is highly nutritious salad for summer.

Garlicky Tomato Salad
When tomatoes are at the ridge of sweetness it can turn out to be delicious when used for a salad. Take one large lettuce and try to worn it to shreds (large leaves into small leaves).

Next take sliced 6 large small ripe tomatoes , 2 cups cherry tomatoes, 16 halved fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds.

To make garlic vinaigrette take 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped, 1&1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. First try to whisk together the garlic, vinegar, oil and pepper in a bowl.

Next try to place a few layers of lettuce leaves on the serving platter. Make sure to arrange the sliced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes on top. Try to sprinkle over the vinaigrette.

For garlic tomato salad variations try a salad of cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas. Next try to steam sugar snap peas for 3 minutes. Refresh it with cold runner water and then cool.

Next take halved 370 g of cherry tomatoes and then add 6 sliced green onions to it. Now make the garlic vinaigrette as the main recipe and try to drizzle it over the tomatoes and peas. Later add 4 tbsp of chopped fresh mint and parsley and try to toss. This is highly nutritious salads since tomatoes are a rich source of vitamin C which can keep your skin healthy.

Shrimp Salad-Stuffed Tomatoes
Take 1 pound of peeled and cooked shrimp. Make sure the tails are removed and chopped completely.

Place the ingredients on the table which includes 1 stalk of celery finely dined, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil, 10 kalamata olives finely chopped, 1 medium shallot minced, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp white vinegar, pinch of pepper and then lastly add 4 large ripe tomatoes .

To start off the preparation mix shrimp celery, mayonnaise, basil, pepper, olives, vinegar and shallot in a mixing bowl and stir well.

Next carefully hollow out the inside of each tomato using a small spoon. Make sure to use the scooped tomato for later use. Next before you serve the salad fill each tomato with 1/2 cup of shrimp salad. This highly nutritional salad is a secret to boring lunches.
