Low Fat Peanut Butter
This is just a marketing strategy to lure people for buying it. Peanuts contain good fats which have many health benefits. If fats are removed from peanut butter then it actually becomes unhealthy.

Flavoured Fat Free Yoghurt
It does not necessarily mean that all fat free products are healthy. The "fat free" label may seduce most of the people to buy unhealthy foods. The flavours present in it are rich in sugar so stay away from a flavoured yoghurt.

Fruit Juices
People always drink packed juices assuming that it will replace the real fruit juice. But they are grossly unhealthy as they are laden with sugar syrup, artificial colours and chemical preservatives. There are also no real fruits added, all is artificial fruit flavour.

Fat Free Butter In India
The name itself is deceptive because butter is all made from fats. In a fat free butter there are more processing steps involved and this means more chemicals added. Therefore it is unhealthy and expensive too.

Frozen Chicken Nuggets
This may seem a tasty and healthy food to eat but they are filled with harmful preservatives. Chicken or meat is the favorite medium for bacteria to grow. Therefore to preserve those chicken nuggets they are filled with high concentration of preservatives.

Frozen Peas
If you are lazy enough to peel the peas then you find that frozen peas as best and healthy option. However, these peas will seem to be fresh but they have lost all the nutrients during the process of preserving them. It is not good for your health to eat them.

Salad Dressing
They can surely make your salad a tasty option to have especially if you don't like to have vegetarian food. However it can make your salad unhealthy as it contains sugar, trans fats and chemical preservatives. It is best to have your green vegetables without a dressing.
