Best Cardio Exercises For Weight Loss
Cardio exercises are one of the best form of exercises to lose weight, burn fats and improve health and fitness. These exercises not just help in maintaining a good shape, but also are quite fun.

All you need is a pair of good shoes and comfortable clothing to start with. Running can be performed anytime and anywhere and does not even require a special place or location. Machine exercises - Gym and workout sessions include cardio exercises which can be performed on machines. Elliptical trainer and treadmill are two basic and useful machines for cardio exercises. Around 300-400 calories can be burned with 30 minutes of workout on each of these machines.
The only con of using these machines is that they need to be either installed at home or you need to join a gym to use them. Therefore, they are not quite appreciated by people who cannot or do not want to spend so much on exercises.
Swimming - Swimming tops the list of exercises mentioned in some weight loss tips. Half an hour of swimming can burn around 400 calories each day. This is quite a good amount of fat burn. The best part of swimming as a cardio exercise is that it does not just concentrate on one part of the body. It covers almost every body part. Swimming is one of the best cardio exercises.
Aerobics - For all those who want a fun cardio routine, aerobics is the best option available. Aerobics is a form of cardio which involves exercises including stretching, jumping, crunches and so on. These exercises help burn 200-300 calories in a 30-minute regime. Aerobics is generally followed by women as they are softer and do not require exertion.
Zumba - It is a new and upcoming cardio exercise which is included in weight loss tips. This form of cardio is a mixture of dance steps that help in increasing heart rate. It mixes jazz, hip hop, salsa and every dance form known. This 30-minute workout can help in burning 300 calories at the maximum. It is an exercise form which is as good as dancing, but it can be put as systematic dancing where the pace of the dance steps are so designed that it helps in burning fats.
