Winter is a season, when you need to consume a lot of proteins and vitamins. Another important ingredient you should add to your daily diet is something which consists of fibre in it. It is very important for parents to add fibre rich foods for children in their diet so that it will keep their immunity level in place.
During the winter season, it is these fibre rich foods which will keep your child healthy and free from all sorts of diseases as well. Children who are above the age of five should make it a habit to consume at least three of the fibre rich foods which has been enlisted below, daily.
According to experts, it is said that these fibre rich foods for kids when consumed during the winter season will help your child feel active. It is normally seen that during this season, children tend to get inactive due to the gloomy weather.
