We have already talked about lactose intolerance. People who suffer from this disorder are usually unable to eat most of the dairy products including paneer. Now being a vegetarian limits your meal options. If you are going to cut out both meat and paneer (cottage cheese) from your diet, then what will you eat? This is where tofu comes into the picture. Tofu is a soy product that is made by curdling soyabean instead of milk. It is totally tasteless but very healthy soy product to have.
