The most obvious cause of a headache is dehydration. We need to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and most of us drink just about half of that amount. The result is dehydration and a ringing kind of headache. Fluids may not be foods but they keep headaches at bay, so have lots of juices, energy drinks and most importantly water. Add electrolytes like salt, sugar and lemon to your glass of water to cure your headache faster.
