With high content of lauric acid, coconut oil helps in preventing excessive sweating and its odour. Lauric acid eliminates bacteria that cause a foul smell and it also keeps you fresh.

3. Potato:
Besides being an excellent food, potatoes also act as an antiperspirant and a blocking agent. With its moisturizing content, it helps to stop excessive sweating. Cut a potato into half and rub it on the prone areas.

4. Baking Soda:
Yes, baking soda is a well-known alkaline source that counteracts with the acids. While sweating, body produces some acid that allows bacteria to thrive on. Baking soda is the best solution to kill those bacteria.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar:
ACV, with its astringent property, aids in controlling the sweat glands. It balances the pH level of the body that allows to get rid of the bacteria produced by sweating. For an effective result, you can add ACV to your bathing water.

6. Tomato Juice:
Diet also plays an important role in excessive sweating in some. By including tomato juice in your diet, you can control excessive sweat. Also, stick more to vegetables and fruits than meat.

7. Black Tea:
If you want to get rid of excessive sweating, one of the natural remedies is to use black tea bags. Black tea contains natural astringent and antiperspirant properties that control the production of sweat. Dip tea bags in water and dab them on the prone areas.

8. Salt:
Common salt is one of the most effective natural remedies for sweating. All you have to do is to mix salt in some lemon juice and apply it on the armpits, feet and other areas that you sweat more.

9. Cornstarch:
