3. Sesame Oil & Ginger:
Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Extract the juice of ginger, mix it along with a bit of sesame oil and then apply it over the affected joints. This helps in reducing the pain as well as the swelling arising due to arthritis.

4. Sesame Oil & Nutmeg:
If you want to get rid of arthritis pain then sesame oil infused with nutmeg helps. Take a bit of nutmeg powder, mix it along with a bit of sesame oil in a bowl. Place this on top of boiling water until it gets warm. Apply this oil and massage the affected joints for a while.
