Diet For Crohn's Disease:
For those suffering from Crohn's disease, calories are essential. There are foods that though don't heal the problem can provide the required amount of nutrition to prevent the problem from getting aggravated further.
There is no perfect Crohn's disease diet, since it varies from person to person, but the following 7 superfoods can be tried to see the results:

1. Oatmeal:
Unlike insoluble fibre which can be bad for those having IBD like Crohn's, oatmeal has soluble fibre which absorbs water and passes through the digestive tract smoothly.

2. Avocados:
This doctor fruit includes good fats, vitamins B and E, potassium and fibre, which is easy to digest. If you have Crohn's disease, avocados are a must pick.

3. Eggs:
Eggs have easily digestible proteins and can be good options during a flare-up.

4. Vegetable Soup:
Prepare soups that include vegetables like carrots and pumpkins. They are good for the digestive tract and also provide the necessary nutrients.

5. Papaya:
