One Drink That Will Help Strengthen Your Ligaments
You might have heard people complaining of an extreme pain due to the tear in the ligament, which makes them have a lot of pain while walking or doing any movement.
It might occur all of a sudden or sometimes when people have a slight fall too, wherein the ligaments might tend to tear off. This occurs generally when the ligaments becomes weak.

Above all, there is this one drink that can be prepared using cinnamon, pineapple, oatmeal, orange juice, almonds and honey, which not just helps in alleviating the pain but also helps in providing strength to the ligaments.

All of these ingredients are known to have the properties that help in strengthening the ligaments. Cinnamon is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Bromelain, which is one of the enzymes present in pineapple, is found to be helpful in treating inflammation and pain. Bromelain is also rich in vitamin C and magnesium. Yet another content, oats is known to be rich in fibre and antioxidants.
So, have a look at the way in which you could prepare this health drink and consume it regularly to strengthen the ligaments in the body.
Method To Prepare The Drink:

1. Take one glass of water and about 5 grams of cinnamon.
2. Take sliced pineapple, extract its juice.
3. Take a cup of oatmeal and one cup of orange juice.
4. Take about 20 grams of almonds (crushed) and about 20 grams of honey.
5. Cook the oatmeal and keep it aside.
6. Blend the orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon, add this to the oatmeal.
7. Add the pineapple juice to it and then blend all the ingredients together.
8. The drink is ready for consumption.
Consume this drink to notice effective results. It is also adviced to follow certain ligament-strengthening exercises for an overall benefit and well-being.
