Beat The 'Post' Yo-Yo Diet Weight

Yo-Yo diet is a cyclical pattern of weight loss which demands constant fluctuation in weight. It promotes spiking meals and calories. In other words the yo-yo diet promotes weight loss with starvation which needless to say provides quick weight loss, in the bargain due to lack of energy sources, the defense mechanism of the body start using lean muscles and tissues for the sake of energy. This makes the muscles weak and directly effects the metabolism rate. Once the metabolism rate is attacked, the losing and gaining weight system is hindered. Some people are successful in keeping off the weight while others gain weight rapidly.
To understand the disorder, the researchers tested the blood sample of 96 dieters. While half of then maintained the lost weight, others suffered post yo-yo diet weight gain. The blood test showed that women who were successful in keeping of weight noticed the a major drop in the angiotensin-converting enzyme. This is not only dangerous to one's health but also in includes risks of heart attack and premature death.
How To Avoid Post YO-YO Diet Weight Gain -
1.Keep up your metabolism rate by eating small meals six times a day and eating within four hours of workout.
2.keep your self busy. Sitting jobs can be a disaster, thus, you need to keep moving around in intervals. This keeps your body active and thus, keeps your metabolism rate high leading to workout of the body and avoid post yo-yo diet weight gain.
3.Eat Proteins and complex carbohydrates. Proteins helps convert fat into muscles and carbohydrates will help you keep full for a longer time. This checks your meal portion and thus helps you avoid post diet weight gain.
4.Avoid fatty food like junk food, alcohol, cold drink, too much of sweet etc. Avoid starchy food like rice, jaggery etc.
5.Keep exercising. Exercise should be both in the morning as well in the evening.
These five points will help you break the diet cycle as well as avoid post yo-yo diet weight gain.
