Father's Day Falls On The Longest Day Of The Year In 2026 — Here's How To Make The Most Of It
How To Challenge Your Whole System
The trick to burn fat is to challenge your whole system with intense exercise. For that, you don't need to be rich enough to buy the gym membership nor do you need to spend hours together on your workouts.

Yes, 5-10 minutes of intense movements can also melt the fat gradually. And of course, you don't need to buy fitness magazines or instructional DVDs to try simple exercises.
But yes, you might need to consult your family doctor once to know whether you are healthy enough to workout intensely. Generally, doctors don't recommend intense exercises for people who have certain health conditions and genetic issues.

So, if you are healthy, try out this simple routine....

Step #1
Never start any intense exercise directly. You need to gradually get your body prepared. So, warm up yourself a bit for 5-10 minutes doing simple moves.

Step #2
Warming up will help keep the blood flowing and stretching a bit makes your body flexible for the intense exercise.

Step #3
You don't need to go anywhere to run. Run on-the-spot for one minute. Now, run fast for another minute and again run slow for another minute. So, you would run for 3 minutes in total. Vary your intensity every minute. This will make you sweat.

Step #4
Now, perform some free hand squats without weights. Do 10 very slow and 10 repetitions very fast and again do 10 repetitions very slow. In total, you perform 30 squats at varying intensities.

Step #5
Now that your lower body is fully charged, move on to your upper. Perform 30 pushups. Do the first set slowly, the second set fast and the third set again slowly.

Step #6
Now, perform 30 pull ups with varying intensities if you still have energy.

Step #7
Now, get into the plank position (see picture) and hold it for 30 seconds. Your workout is over with this step.

Step #8
Now get into savasana pose and release all the tension in your body. Relax every part of your body and feel the intensity of the workout.
Your body will be able to burn fat faster when you try these steps.
