Pucker exercise
This exercise will strengthen the muscles around your mouth, jaw and cheeks. Contract your lips as if you are going to kiss. Hold for five seconds. Move the pucker to the left side and then to the right side. Hold for five seconds each.
Smile Exercise
Smile in a way that shows both your upper and lower gums and teeth. Hold for five seconds. Bring your lips to a pucker and then smile again. Repeat 10 times. Experts claim that this is one of the effective exercises to lose face fat if done regularly.
Blowfish exercise
This exercise will strengthen the muscles around your lips and cheeks. Inflate your cheeks with air. Push the air into your left cheek. Hold for five seconds and push it to your right cheek. Let the air out. Repeat this five times at a stretch.
The Cheek Flattener
Close your mouth and blow air under your top lip and hold for 10 seconds. Move the air to your left cheek and hold for 10 seconds. Move it to the right cheek and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this at least 10 times. This is one among effective exercises to lose face fat.
Closed lips exercise
Keep your mouths closed and smile as wide as you can, without separating your lips. Repeat this 10 times. This will help to strengthen your cheekbone and help to reduce face fat easily. Include this among routine exercises to lose face fat.
Face and Neck Workout
It is one of the useful exercises to lose face fat and neck fat reduction. Lie on your back with your head hanging over the edge of the bed. Slowly lift the head upward, try to touch your chin to your chest. This will act on muscles and help to reduce face fat.
Complete Face Workout
This is another among exercises to lose face fat, which has proved to be effective. Close your eyes tightly, pucker your lips and scrunch all the muscles in the face. Feel the wrinkles in your forehead, and try to lift your puckered lips toward the nose.
