Actually there is and it is an open secret now that Beyonce went on a diet that made her lose about 9 kilos in just 2 weeks. What could be the way to lose weight as fast as that?

  • Actually it was more like starving because she went on a crash diet that involved eating no solid food for 14 days!
  • She did what is called the 'Master Cleanse', a method adopted by many celebrities to lose weight fast. She drank cold water with a combination of maple syrup and lemon seasoned with Cayenne pepper for 14 days.
  • While this is not the healthiest of diet secrets to follow there is a lot to learn from it. This mix of maple syrup and lemon mix has just some vital vitamins and minerals that will sustain you for 2 weeks.
  • As you are not eating any solid food your system will be cleansed of all the toxins stored in it. '
  • The ideal time prescribed for this diet is just about ten days but most people pull it over to 14 days just like Beyonce did. These diet secrets are not exactly the best way do things because it is neither prescribed nor healthy to be on such a starving diet for more than a week.
  • However, when you have been on a such a strict diet like Beyonce's diet for such a long time, it is best to not break it at once. Going back to normal food immediately can cause reflux symptoms.
