  2. King khan exercises upto four times a week and also uses weights for half an hour. The actor, however, suggests that any exercise that makes one sweat can be followed.
  3. The celebrity also has a few diet secrets. Shah Rukh Khan eats rice/bread, eats grilled food and drinks lot of water. The actor doesn't drink alcohol and strictly avoids desserts.
  4. SRK follows a strict diet plan and doesn't eat snacks between meals. He also advises his fans to slowly cut down junk foods and gradually nullify them in their diet.
  5. Shah Rukh Khan advises a 50 minute exercise and asks his fans to drink at least eight to ten glasses for the body to be well hydrated.
