How To Get Leaner With Okinawa Diet?

Okinawa diet, the famous Islander diet is the best diet to get lean say many followers. The nutrient rich diet is low calorie and originated from the Okinawa Islands in Japan. The popular weight loss diet is gaining popularity even in the scientific field as the Japanese are comparatively healthy and live longer than the rest of the world.
People who strictly follow Okinawa diet (its features) are assured of higher life expectancy than anywhere else and that is why many dieticians suggest the Japanese diet.
Okinawa Diet Features -
1. Low Calorie Diet: Restricting food according to calories is the prime most feature of the Japanese diet plan. The Japanese islander who follow the diet are said to consume 20% lower calories than the Japanese average and are relatively at lesser BMI (body mass index). It is said that lesser the calorie intake, slower is the aging process.
2. Anti-oxidant Diet: The Okinawa diet plan mainly consists of antioxidant rich vegetables and fruits. It is said that citrus, rich pigment fruits and vegetables are always good for health and longevity.
3. No sugar, No Fat Food – The Islanders diet is low fat intake diet with 3/4th grains and ¼ th sugar. It is said that having meal of this proportion will keep away many killer diseases like coronary and stroke.
4. Vegetarian And Sea Food Diet: The low calorie food consists mainly water rich vegetables like melon and sprouts. Under seafoods, it is fish with no eggs, meat or diary products. They also use soy in the form of tofu.
