Nowadays, back fat has become a common problem in men and women. The tyre like fat bulge out of the upper and lower back. The tight fit clothes do not hide but make the tyres appear even clearer. 2. Setting Goals To Get Fit – Generally what we tend do is that we strictly exercise too much while beginning with the plan and gradually slow down and stop, which cannot happen. Chalking out a plan to gradually increase the time and speed of exercise is the right way to lose back fat. Even your weight needs to reduce week by week as that is healthy losing.

3. Diet To Remain Fit – You don't need to starve for easy slimming. Eating the right food in the form of small meals will lower calories. Eating fiber rich fruits, vegetables, whole grain and chucking salty or sugary foods will lead to healthy eating.

4. Exercises For Back Fat – Apart from swimming and kickboxing, the rowing machines and upper-body ergometers will also help you burn the extra kilos. Some easy bending exercises, yoga or pilates can tone back fat.

a. Lifts: Stretch yourself on the floor and touch forehead downwards. Lift arms and legs till count 5 and follow the same again after a few minutes. Remember the pelvic and chest is touching the floor.

b. Weight Bearing Exercises: Sit at the edge of a wooden chair and lift 2-3 pound weights. While you move hands , also streetch your chest muscles keeping the back flat. Go on trying heavire weights after a pewriod of time. Take guidance from a gym expert.

c. Stretches: As you stretch your body on floor (forehead facing the ceiling), raise your chest above and gradually bend your back by placing your arms on ground for support. Try raising as much as you can and relax for a few seconds.
